Relying on lands to help you splash is a mistake
I would feel almost entitled to run this in mono white, given the color can still sometimes feel like its punching up, but what makes white decks able to utilize this well is the lifegain that white can do very well
You can combo it with March Of Wretched Sorrow so if you have to discard for hand size you can exile black cards to discount it to gain more life and deal damage to a creature or planeswalker
When it ETBs or attacks, you can toss a flood counter on any land and It becomes an Island too, not as a replacement
Still, if you build black-green deck around graveyard recursion and try really hard, the payoff is incredibly fun to pull off
When it swings it will often slip through as your foe isn't going to want to trade down with a better flyer like Consecrated Sphinx or Akroma, Angel of Wrath that would normally laugh at an attacking 4/4 with flying
