Like Return of the Wildspeaker, you can pay five mana (if you foretell it) to draw a ton of cards if you have a big enough creature, and like Inscription of Abundance you can gain lots of life while you're at it
Notably, opponents can't try to reduce the total toughness of creatures you control
Ragavan, Nimble Pilfreer is a Monkey Pirate with an incredible $50 price tag, and this tiny legendary creature can damage a player to get a treasure token and exile the top card of the player's library (and cast it)
Look, all concessions to you people who play Titania, Protector of Argoth and say, But but but but you also create three 5/3 creatures! Im going to say, Okay, and for all those times you didnt have Titania on the battlefield? Horrible city
Its definitely a solid card and quite annoying to see, but its not a slam dunk pick by any means
