In 1932, after a devastating fire, hundreds of charred rum filled casks were discovered at Trinidad's Government Rum Bond. These casks had been filled in 1919 and had been aging for 13 years. Named after the year it was casked, Angostura 1919 is a light golden rum aged in charred, previously used bourbon oak casks and distilled in Angostura's multi column continuous still. The rum was crafted using
