Rummaging, mana-less sacrifice and removal on an aggressive body are asking a lot from an uncommon, and Bloodtithe Harvester answers it well
Farewell can not only wipe out all of the creatures in play, but it can also go for Artifacts and Enchants, as well as clearing everyones graveyard
Sure, if you have arbitrarily large mana or an arbitrarily usable blink engine, it will keep everyone from attacking always, but at that point, Stonehorn Dignitary isnt the problem
It provides aggressive decks with resilience against board wipes, but it also works incredibly well with creatures like Selfless Spirit and Cathar Commando that sacrifice themselves as part of their powerful effects
Please review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions
I'm not counting out the possibility of seeing this card in Standard again someday
