Once again, going off artwork, game design, and knowledge of mechanics alone, Im hoping Emet is an Orzhov or Mardu creature with the ability to bring allies back from the graveyard or banish allies and then play them
The strategy centers around Zur, Eternal Schemer, who animates the deck's Overlords into lifelinking threats with devastating attack triggers
This is the epitome of a powerful warp card, because you can either FlickerFlicker it, draw a card and put some big haymaker onto the battlefield for free, or you might want to repeat the same process but add to your land count instead, thus making sure your next go will cheat out the huge permanent you couldn't earlier
These are spells like Tales End , Repudiate/Replicate , and Stifle
but I also like this card making me work a bit to understand what's going on
That being said, Fiery Impulse isn't quite enough gravy and could do with a jump to four damage to become enticing
