There are a lot of hoops to jump through to make Moonshadow work though, so the jury is still very much out on whether this card will actually see play
If you have fragile creatures with powerful attack or damage triggers or even tapped ones, like Surgespanner Mindlink Mech gives them a chance to get in and make those triggers happen without getting into the danger zone
To make it simple, these cards have a counter at the bottom, similar to Planeswalker cards but its called a defence counter
Who knows what it will sell for were he to ever sell it, as collector items like these really embody the its worth whatever someone is willing to pay mantra
