Black has dozens of this style of card, but aside from the proactive Kayas Ghostform, no others actually help with your creature getting exiled, which it usually is if its being targeted
This card can be rather slow, but if you can protect it or dump a bunch of counters on it quickly (Angelfire Ignition is one of my favorite cards for that), you have an aggressive nightmare for your opponents to deal with
