This excellent Phyrexian commander has enough of a deck-building restriction to it that you cant just jam it into any BW deck and hope to start proliferating, but it's an absolute powerhouse in the artifact/Phyrexian deck it was intended for

Considering the stiff competition still to come, this card makes an impressive run towards the top

Its quite common to see a wheel effect in most Standard set releases, and there are so many of these effects in Magic now that you can build entire wheel decks for Commander

Its yet to fall completely by the wayside
