There's some great cards in here that will be useful in your Rise of the Floodborn collection, particularly the Merlin and Madam Mim cards, but otherwise this is the least competitive deck you can get.

Two copies of Dragon Fire from a dwindling Set 1 are a bonus and Mauis Fish Hook is seeing inclusion in early drafts for Set 4 Ruby/Amethyst decks
Rather than a fast-paced aggro deck, this is a slightly slower, support-focused deck filled with characters of the same type
Aladdin, Heroic Outlaw makes this deck a wise purchase all on its own if you intend to build a Ruby deck, as it's one of the most high-value cards in the game
