What is a Lorebook
Since typical Limited decks need their first 3 land drops, would like to hit their 4th land drop, but dont necessarily need 5 lands by turn 5, the age-old standard of 17 lands indeed seems like a good number
You see potential value in some cards included in a Starter Deck, making it cheaper to buy rather than purchasing each card individually or hoping to pull them from Booster Packs
Obviously, this isnt worth much if your creature is small, but on something like Okaun, Eye of Chaos or Primeval Spawn, youre going to be cooking with a large payoff and little downside
Recommended For: Political decks like Kenrith, the Returned King, Xantcha, Sleeper Agent, and Queen Marchesa
A transforming double-faced card enters the battlefield with its front face up by default, unless a spell or ability instructs you to put it onto the battlefield transformed or you cast it transformed, in which case it enters with its back face up
