The ability to cast it at any time while interacting with the board or temporarily countering a spell gives you a lot of available plays
During the match: If I'm not luck and I can't draw a Jace's Phantasm , Wight of Precinct Six will defense me this way, because when I cast it (2-3rd turn) I'm almost sure it is a 3/3 - 4/4, a very nice defense (it can do almost Fog Bank 's work)
The front mostly just shows off Liliana ready to swing her bat, and that's where the value of this card lies
Goblin Lackey is the most dangerous goblin in the game, and the reason that goblins are still decent in Legacy
Assuming this means Wizards understands what its doing and wants to make things more accessible, you can also assume that you could see the likes of any random TV show, movie or gaming franchise popping in for a couple of cards
