Having a Leader with the [Banish] effect is highly effective when trying to finish off your opponent's Life cards
While the blue-black decks would occasionally need to turn to Dream Twist to mill themselvesthis was particularly common in decks that were loaded up with Stitched Drakes so they could, you know, actually cast their 3/4 fliers on turn threeunder most circumstances, a couple of Armored Skaabs, a Deranged Assistant, and a Forbidden Alchemy would be a more than sufficient amount of self-mill for their decks to work
Its a pricy mythic rare from a new Standard set, but I dont think it will be the next The Great Henge, another mythic rare printed in the last year that is commanding a $40.00 price tag
Once the number of lore counters on a Saga is greater than or equal to the greatest number among its chapter abilities, the Saga's controller sacrifices it as soon as its chapter ability has left the stack, most likely by resolving or being countered
Fact or Fiction: This card and the #2 below could really be swapped around, as both were heavily played
