The subsection of the Magic community that loves to collect things decided that Reserved List cards are desirable because of how old, cool, and scarce they are, and it looks like original set foils might be the next big subsection of cards to get that treatment

On the other hand, your game response time is the time it takes for the data and the corresponding event to reach the game server and then back to your computer
