Magic the Gathering did a great job recreating the characters and events from Final Fantasy
Its best paired with blue partners like Sakashima of a Thousand Faces, as being UR gives you access to other coin flipping cards like Okaun, Eye of Chaos and Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom
The decks other character, Cruella De Vil, Miserable as Usual, is a much cheaper card able to be played earlier on, and can force characters off the field when shes banished by returning a character to its players hand - playing into the decks more control-like tendencies
Also exiling is the preferred method of removal for casual formats like Commander since it gets past indestructible things like Darksteel Plate, tricks like Heroic Intervention, and it permanently ends their threat, and they cannot be recurred
Opening up access to blue lets you use Sakashima of a Thousand Faces to quadruple your tokens by copying your commander, top notch card draw, and powerhouse spells like Cyclonic Rift to clear the path for your token army
Its a little distracting and weird, but the card is good regardless
