Having a card that facilitates Kaito, and importantly isnt useless if drawn later, is, therefore, a no-brainer
One of the best things about Lackey is that he eats the spot removal that would otherwise hit Piledriver
It gets a significant power-up for each Energy card in your discard pile, dealing 20 more damage for each one
Having a card that just lets you sink mana into it to loot is itself a nice thing to have around, and the fact that you can actually eventually get the stuff back that you put on the Bag is nice upside, though it wont come up that often
