As I say, there's a lot going on for a fairly high cost, and I struggle to see this card seeing too much play given the setup required to cast it for its Shift cost, especially in Ruby & Steel decks which typically skew far more aggressive

It's pretty clearly a deliberate joke, because Wizards of the Coast virtually never gives reminders for basic evergreen abilities like vigilance or haste

We still technically have them in Standard too through abilities, such as on Darkness Ablaze Blaziken and Fusion Strike Hoopa V.
