Reflector Mage is a very odd choice that WoTC explained was necessary to ensure U/W Flash didnt run rampant in the format with the other bans on the table
On top of that, if your creature has a tap to activate ability, activating the ability now makes your creature deal damage equal to its power to another creature
This card is difficult to find and harder to afford, as its price will hover around $180 for the worst possible copy (damaged)
Besides the Ability, Altaria has one move called Glide which takes three energy cards, one water, one metal, and one colorless, and does 40 damage
