I would definitely put the Background cards Acolyte of Bahamut and Dragon Cultist in the 99 of my Miirym deck, Adventures in the Forgotten Realms Keeping with the D&D theme, we can dip back to Adventures in the Forgotten Realms for a nice selection of good Dragons
However, it does have its obvious restrictions: only being able to do it once a turn makes it harder to make an impact, and having enough creatures to tap can be a challenge
That and white decks rarely offer cost reduction this good
Still, there are incentives to play these beyond their inherent strengths
