I presume it makes creature cards in your deck into artifact creatures so that you can potentially search them out with something like Kuldotha Forgemaster or Magda, Brazen Outlaw

Once again, we have a card that builders need to really think about as a piece of something instead of being able to just jam it into decks

This makes them a seriously worryingly threat as suddenly removal becomes a whole lot less effective
