The Charm is valuable even due to its price because it's so flexible, but this cycle is different

Build a goblins deck with Krenko, Mob Boss, or build an army of zombies with Liliana, Heretical Healer

This would be good enough already, since cards exiled with this card can be played at any time, but it also has a built-in way to deal damage to your opponents

Ruby delivers high-pressure attacks while Amber provides just enough synergy to keep your strategy stable

Both of these cards are pretty powerful for a core set, and (in my opinion) point to a slight change in approach for the R&D team in how they view Core Sets
