I will acknowledge that I can be wrong here and you often can cast it as a 1 or 2 mana play because you have made so many 1/1 Mercenary tokens and maybe that actually will push this card to be among the strong red uncommons
But if youre not trying to turn Charisma into a game-ending threat (or you prefer to still have friends at the end of the night), then just put it on any random first striker
While it might not be as exciting as planning a deck around solely winning through mill, the more interactive nature means that it will fit my style a bit more, while leaving the door open for mill as a Plan B
