When Clackbridge Troll's last ability resolves, the next opponent in turn order chooses whether they want to sacrifice a creature at all and which creature to sacrifice if so, then each other opponent in turn order does the same, knowing the choices made before them
Blue decks tend to be slow and patient, gradually building up card advantage and other resources until they're ready for the endgame, which is perfect for a midrange-oriented, moderately powerful format like Commander
