It wont go in every deck, but itll be easier to execute than Angel of Destiny if you build it right
It obviously has a home in blue control decks, but I dont think they will want to play the full four copies of the legendary enchantment, even if it isnt too bad in multiples, as you can have one transform into Azcanta, the Sunken Ruin while the other stays on the enchantment side
When I roll a d20, I can get any number from 1-20, and Ill get the average by calculating min + max / 2, so (1+20)/2 = 10.5
