The monarch draws a card at the beginning of their end step, and players who aren't the monarch can become the monarch by dealing combat damage to the current monarch or by playing their own monarch card
AVATAR JUMPSTART Before we get stuck into the list proper, its worth pointing out that the Avatar Jumpstart set is, on the whole, really quite good
Some careful deckbuilding is needed, but tutoring for a one-drop creature, enchantment or artifact is an incredibly flexible ability, and can generally find the perfect silver bullet so long as you include it
The last option is to not bring in Disenchant, which was a pretty bad idea, but ever since Councils Judgment became a thing this might actually be the best way to handle this disequilibrium
