Orcish Bowmasters provides exceptional value for just two mana and will likely see play in every black sideboard if not their main decklists throughout Tales of Middle-earth
Emet-Selch, Ascian K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth requires a ton of black cards to do much, and its a card thats much more aimed at something like Commander than Limited
I am not sure it actually *does* enough to justify inclusion, maybe as a one-of, but unlike Rapunzel you do not actually need to remove damage to draw the card
