It just feels so bad to fire off card draw and have someone flash this in, much like when you tutor and someone sneaks in an Opposition Agent

This is obviously very strong with multicolor decks

The London mulligan does make something like Sultai midrange mirrors way more dynamic as your sixes are more likely to recover your card with explore creatures and play up the curve, but I don't think Magic really needs to promote that specific effect more
