Thassas Oracles innovation is slicing off half of the mana cost (the same innovation which gave us Veil of Summer)
I mean dont get me wrong, I think the mechanic is a pretty big design mistake all in all, but if we have to look at some positive sides to it, it could be that it forces us to play to the table
We had an absolutely wonderful time last year at the Wizards Tournament and at the Urborg Feast, and Im sure this year would have been no less awesome
Not only that, but if I pass an Olivia Voldaren, I'll know (with relative certainty) that the player to my left will move into red-black to be able to play her
Additionally, the sale of proxies, especially those that closely imitate copyrighted cards, is generally frowned upon and can be illegal
I also like this in Azorius Flyers with evasive aggro beaters like Judge's Familiar that you can now win with in one hit unlike the beefier Green stuff which is a faster kill
