During each of the Archenemys turns, at the beginning of their first main phase, they reveal the top card of the scheme deck and set it in motion. Most of the time, this triggers the effect on the card, which then goes onto the stack and resolves as normal
Since other cards already use this gimmick, Fairy-type would need an entirely new gimmick to ever come back, which could make the developers of the card game unlikely to want to make Fairy-type cards again
And the body on this is far from nothing
When you then sink tons of mana you can generate in most green archetypes into this for a creature with haste and a massive team boost, youve got a finisher that closes out the game stapled to a way to find every value or interaction creature you run
