This can create chains where you use a cheap spell to get rid of a creature, then recast another to do the same, getting double value out of the kinds of one-for-one removal spells that rarely see play in the format
It even works with token creatures
If a card copied by the token had any "when [this permanent] enters" abilities, the token also has those abilities, and they'll trigger when it's created
Im not above playing a Dark Ritual in my Vintage Cube decks for value with the expectation that sometimes Ill just need to go fast, and Treasure Vault can serve as a similar mana boost for any color of deck in a pinch that otherwise is just an untapped land
But there is nothing that will directly replace the initial ones, especially not with good creatures
When moving in on an Etched Champion via Arcbound Ravager, make sure you still have two other artifacts to keep metalcraft active, preferably ones that are hard for your opponent to remove like Darksteel Citadel or any of the various noncreature artifacts in your deck
