So it's easy to see why this version of Zur is a good fit for the Aminatou deck: you can cheat out a bunch of high-cost enchantments for cheap, then use Zur to turn them into enormous beaters
The Limited format runs decks at a 40-card minimum since players only get so many cards to choose from when building and they dont always have the cards they set their sights for
If all he does is come down and give you a free Faithless Looting-adjacent effect over and over, hes actually quite hard to remove from the board provided you have a decent blocker
