On the Deck List form, youll find space to write: Your full name The event date Your CARD GAME ID The event name (check with a tournament official if you arent sure what to write) The initial of your last name (to help file your Deck list) The total number of cards in your Deck (to help with Deck checks) You will also need to write out the name of each card in your Deck, in the appropriate column (Monster, Spell, Trap) along with how many of each card you are playing
