The deck adds a number of cards that can accelerate Toxrill's effects with proliferate, and also cards such as Mass Diminish and Polymorphist's Jest that shrink opponents' creatures to 1/1s, allowing Toxrill's counters to instantly kill all opponents' creatures

Its also a nice target for the Ensoul effects since you no longer have to crew the Vehicle but still get the benefit of flying and the looting trigger
