There are other solid options, such as Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon, that allow you to get around normally high casting costs while hitting the opponent for a ton of infect damage as well

But with brewing the cost to being wrong is tiny, but there is huge value in being right (the 80% winrate you can get with a good brew and the satisfaction and that comes with putting a new deck on the map, winning a big tournament with your own brew, getting a card banned, etc)

Its a fantastic twist to games of Commander, and elements of co-op make it a stand-out add-on, even when scheme cards completely shatter your pods hopes and dreams
