It becomes a 3/3 Legendary Serpent names Caetus, Sea Tyrant of Segovia

It allows you to search for any card and put it directly into your hand, but forces you to lose 3 life in the process

Hidden Gems The first and best reason for buying old cards is that some of them are stinking good

Luckily, its become a tradition for Commander products to invent new cards that will offer colorless options for card advantage, just usually not as good as the simpler options colored spells offer

But paying 5 to get double ETBs on everything is wacky
