These cards are overall probably a bit clunky and overcosted, but certain decks have odd niches they fit into nicely

Edward Kenway Like Anowon, the Ruin Thief, Edward Kenway is a good commander for different types of outlaws, specifically pirates and assassins

While certainly not the only direction that you could go with this deck, Dimir is also pretty good at reusing spells repeatedly, so it's absolutely where I would go
