I think this card would have been better served as an artifact that rewards you for doing something in the game

Monarchs, Artmage, Kewl Tune, and Dracotail are the most highly represented Decks, but many other Decks could still win the event

Does the card stock feel thicker or rougher than you would expect, perhaps more like a piece of construction paper than the real card
