The proliferation of fan-art being sold for profit without the explicit approval of a rights-rightholder can mean one of many things to you: either the fact that everyone does it means that its finally normalized and no longer stigmatized and the unwritten ladies-and-gentlemen agreement made by fans with rights-holders strongly implies acquiescence by the rights-holders (so long as those above lines arent crossed)

However, Tornadus puts up some slightly better sales than the previous cards, with HP cards starting around $2.70, with NM copies setting highs around the seven-dollar mark, leaving this card well shy of the double digits
