The ability to play bigger pieces earlier is nice but the real benefit here is being able to play Philoctetes No-Nonsense Instructor and follow him up with a number of low-cost heroes in the same turn

New Blood Vampire decks will benefit greatly from having New Blood in the build

On the other hand, if this is code for "everyone should be able to play tournament Magic with prize money on the line," then I disagree

Urzas Incubator, Gauntlet of Power, Helm of Awakening, and Crawlspace are all great reprints

But any creatures, lands, artifacts, enchantments, planeswalkers or battles you have in play are all permanents, even if some of them are tokens (see below)

As this ability can be activated each turn, Vona can remove many problematic permanents
