There doesnt seem to be a downside to this card, and it will help you when you need him the most

The main difference between this set and some of its predecessors is that a lot of the cards give players more options, and are better suited to a wider range of situations

I think I would have been less concerned with addressing balance issues from past sets and perhaps have concentrated on putting in some cards that would stand the test of time
