If Dark Confidant or some other way to run away with a game were included, I would not advocate cutting all the discard

If you look at the drafts in which someone is picking up the ones in two colors and the artifacts, this average is 0.16 per booster (6 cards, 2 per color not in that player's colors)
While that would be a fine 2-for-1 itself, Kogla blows stuff up when it attacks, pushing the advantage further
In other words, for an extra two mana, you can play any creature you want, depending on the state of the game and the mana that you have access to
