Only a few exceptions, like Legolas's Quick Reflexes, Mjlnir, Hammer of Thor, or The One Ring, spike higher because they are strong in Commander

These cards form the core identity of the game, each contributing a unique strategic element to deck construction and gameplay

Pay the Tax Man I would argue that Tax effects are not the same as Stax, and its due to one key thing: you can still play the game even through multiple Tax pieces, which is not necessarily true when you combine them with Stax pieces
