Perhaps the only thing keeping it in check is that you can still target a Green or Red spell on the stack with an Aether Gust and avoid getting blown out by Veil, since Gust doesnt actually counter the spell it targets

All in all, its a solid green card with a late-game bonus, but it probably wont keep the price unless someone finds a good way to crack it
