While we've seen similar effects before, the only one that's Modern legal is the six-mana Time Stop, which is simply too expensive to see tournament-level play
This deck will probably win by sacrificing creatures and attacking
I think it is a bit too linear for my liking, but if you want to make an easy-to-play deck, Byrke I think is the way to go

Some Conspiracy cards do not even function in Vintage even if they were legal such as Worldknit, which cares about having cards you drafted/opened in your Sealed pool in your deck
Edicts have diminishing returns, but this one always gives you a body to make up for that
