Rounding out the mana rocks, Id like to suggest two that I think will always make the shortlist: Chromatic Lantern, and Thran Dynamo

Appropriate for its name, Promise of Tomorrow gives us a glimpse of what white can do going forward

Joshua, Phoenixs Dominant / Phoenix, Warden of Fire Rating: 8/10 Joshua, Phoenix's Dominant is already quite a good card even before it transforms into Phoenix, Warden of Fire

Card not found, on the other hand, is the basis for a deck in Modern (its namesake actually) and played in Legacy Storm decks (maybe Vintage as well, I dont know the format enough to say)

When your foes go to cast their first noncreature spell of the turn, they are taxed by mana equal to this's power, default one like Rhystic Study, or you'll draw a card also like Rhystic Study

It's always good to have a backup plan
