I think theyre a great card to get if you adore alternate art as I do, but you dont need to learn a cards abilities by heart, so you can get and use the Japanese version in your decks

Radiant Destiny: Pretty sure I can get the citys blessing (just like Im pretty sure most Commander decks can), so this becomes a very nice value card

Used in ProsBloom, Dream Halls, and other combo decks, Meditate could safely be cast at the end of an opponent's turn (provided they had no imminent threats on the table), or be used to grab pieces for a combo deck
