I considered running Mirari for similar effects and it wound up as my final 65th card

The effect itself doesnt have to target the equipped creature either, which means you could stick it on whatever you want and make something else 1/1 and unblockable, negating the need to re-equipped if the other creature gets removed

But this should outshine Scour as well

After Birds of Paradise, youll maybe consider Bloom Tender for decks with many colors, or maybe Ornithopter of Paradise if you want to get some attack triggers in Mardu colors
