I cant draw off of creatures bigger than three mana, and I dont have any ways to refill my hand when I run out of cards

There's also a reasonable number of "cast from your graveyard" mechanics at this point, including flashback, jump-start, and aftermath, so there are plenty of options available, although there aren't too many Commander staples that use a "cast from your graveyard" mechanic, so your power level might end up fairly low
I think he shines at lower power tables where he has enough time to be cast and deploy his game plan of gathering heroes, drawing cards, and ending the game
Perhaps the most interesting aspect of this deck, aside from the new locations, is the Dalmatian Puppy Tail Wagger glimmers ability, which allows you to hold 99 copies of this card (note that there are five designs, but they have the same title and stats) in your deck
