It's really awesome to have this effect guaranteed to stick in Standard for a long time, but the inclusion of this card is probably even more exciting for Commander players

While we already have cheaper draw engines off dying creatures like Morbid Opportunist and Grim Haruspex, these are all capped at one card per death trigger

Cascade and discover both give you the option of hitting the relevant spell but discover lets you put it into your hand if you dont cast it while cascade puts the spell on the bottom of the library

I could discuss DFT cards all day here, and this list could easily have 60+ cards, but thats all the time I have for today
