This round of legends has been mostly underwhelming, but Tishana is a blatantly powerful card that mightve actually been custom-designed for Commander

I prefer to use things like Myr Retriever or Yawgmoth's Will for recursion so that I can rely on a better mana base

Obviously premium in Standard but more meh in Commander, its hard to rank these

Note that you cant play lands that you exile off the top of your library, since the ability says cast, and lands are played, but you can still cast cards of any color
