For such high quality, consistently amazing art that fits the Lorcana style and lore this is all one artist
Even if you play four copies of both cards, it's tough to make that happen

To get the most out of Vicious Offering, youll want the -5/-5 effect, meaning you play this in the Saprolings deck, where you have tons of disposable creatures
